WORDS

Words are powerful and create our reality. The words you speak to people, to God, to your family, they effect each person, the collective, and our earth. What thoes words become, you believe and live. Everyone is wired differently and so when spoken to it can hurt when people say something to you. The tone and frequency of people's voices are powerful. The one receiving the words will either be able to receive or not depending on the resonence between the two people.

When we are quiet and still, we are then able to hear the words God is speaking to us, His children.

The definition of Word: a single distinct meaningful element of speech or writing, used with others (or sometimes alone) to form a sentence and typically shown with a space on either side when written or printed.

It does matter what we say to people and it definitely matters what you say to yourself about yourself!!

Everything you say, say it with love and from love. If it is not from a place of love, try to find what you are trying to communicate from love before speaking in hopes who you are speaking it to will receive the message.

It might be hard to believe and it is true that our words become our reality.

A fun exercise can be to go about your week and record what you are saying and doing and what is happening. Then the following week talk as though you are the future version of yourself and record what you are saying and doing and what is happening and then at the end compare the 2 weeks and see how you are and what you are feeling. You just might be surprised. It can be a hard task it is also only as hard as you make it.

Try to not allow the words of others to effect you and take a toll on you. If you need to cry to relesase what has been spoken to you, please do so. It is only beneficial for you, your energy, and your body to release that hurt and trauma as soon as possible so we do not store it in the body and create blocks by this.
