Mother's day is a day dedicated to mom's. Everyday though should be Mother's day and Father's day! These two people in every child's life is so meaningful and the foundation for their life. Now some children like myself only have one parent and that is ok or you have foster parents, who ever your parent or gardian is, they should be celebrated everyday. For those who may have lost your parents at a young age and now your older siblings are your gardians do they get a day? They should. They are now taking on the roll as your parent/gardian.

Happy Mother's Day to all the Mom's and Mom figures out there doing their best to raise us.
I am reading Get Out Of Your Own Way by Dave Hollis and so far so good. I would like to be finished with it by next Monday. Then my next book is Becoming by Michelle Obama. It has been nice to read these books.
I have been trying everyday to at least get rid of 1 item that I do not need anymore or has no purpose in my life just taking up room. Things I do keep are stuffed animals and toys I played with as a kid, so eventually my children can play with them if they choose to. They will be impossible to find for them if I get rid of them. Some of the stuff I had a child will not exist anymore or already doesn't. It has felt amazing though to get rid of these things that don't have a purpose literally feels like there is more space all around you, mentally, physically, and emotionally.
What is something you are choosing to do daily for yourself? Take this time to focus on you! If we can all do that we will be better for our family and friends. Let's make sure our galsses are full when we go out soon so we can fill others up with what they need.
Everyone go call or text someone you love and miss daily let them know you are here for them and you are thinking of them. It might change their day.
Have a great week!
