LOVE

During this time in our world where we have been social distancing, staying inside our homes with no social interaction, and not being able to see, hug, or have face to face conversations with loved ones is SO hard. It has taken tolls on so many individuals mental and emotional health. Right now at least more places are starting to open up and we are able to go dine-in at some restraunts and do a few more activities. It is still not easy by any means. Went to a 4-year olds samll birthday party this weekend and today I will be spending time with my brother and nephew!

I have been hanging out with my friends more recently and more often now. I've known them for more than seven years they are practically family and we wouldn't hang out if either of us felt sick, unsafe, or it wasn't the right time. Do what is best for you and your health, please do not shame others for their actions you cannot control and pray that they are healthy and safe as well as for the people they are around that is all we can do. I do not even know who or what to believe about this whole thing, there is so much news about it, it's on 24/7. This is all we hear about. All the protesting going on is a much bigger and deeper issue that needs to be solved in our world and country, we need to start the change now. It starts with you and your heart. Love is the answer. You can't hate people you haven't even met so love them!! It's ok to dislike someone, not agree with their actions or morals, but we can still love them and not be in contact with those who do not help us in life. Love and Light can only get rid of the hate.

If you do not know where to start, start with deep and meaningful conversations in your home with your spouce and children, your parents, siblings, friends, etc. Then you might find some answers to go further on this journey and where you fit in best to help out and do your part.

Next Monday is my friend Katie's 24th Birthday!! I will be sharing our friendship and when we met and when we became friends. This girl is amazing. Love you friend.
